these is red bottoms
[ Leave the drinks to me, she would have told him with a tap upon his shoulder, a soft wink, a playful smile, and off she went to acquire said drinks. But not in the way he would expect anyone else to. She is nothing but practical, and practicality means using all of her resources to her advantage-- all of her talents, and it is but a simple matter to catch the eye of a solider... And have him pay for two pints.
But not for herself and the solider, no, but rather for her and a certain apothecary; for just as easily as she attracted someone, she can dismiss them without a fuss. It's almost like magic. Some say it is. ]
...Here you are.
[ With the mead acquired, she leans over the table and slides his serving over the wooden surface, her smile pleasant and proud at her accomplishment. ]
What, no "thank you"? [ She's only teasing him though-- not even her party members can escape it. ]

And he can't deny this place has really good mead.
His eyes light up when Primrose comes back and as he reaches for the pint she admonishes his manners.]
H-Hey! I was just about to thank you! Shucks, you've gotta give a guy a minute. [And he looks at the mead again, then back to her, beaming.] Thanks a lot, Primrose! I'll definitely get the next round.

Regardless, she lifts her drink up to him. ] It's the very least I can do, for taking care of my ankle a day ago.
A dancer's life are her legs; thus, I believe I owe you quite a lot more than just a simple drink. [ There's a wink, and if he's willing to clink his glass with hers, she'll be doing so and taking her first sip. ]

[He joins her in her toast and takes a long, refreshing swallow. Ah. Yeah. That really hits the spot. He's pretty oblivious to any stares of jealousy or longing.]
- and if we start tryin' to pay one another back for every time somebody helps somebody we'll all be in debt forever. [Another drink, and the easy smile of Alfyn at a tavern with no patients to worry over settles in.] Besides, you're way more than just a dancer.

Well, go on. [ Her lips curl at their edges, amused. More than just a dancer. ] If you have more on that, I should hear it.
[ Her tone drops, and she waves a hand playfully, her eyes carrying her mirth along with it. ] Why, flattery gets you everywhere after all.

[At the moment he's not sure if Primrose is kind of playing things up because people are watching them (which he did realize a minute ago) or if she's trying to have fun at his expense. Neither one really bothers him, as long as she's comfortable.]

[ In many, many different ways. ]
Perhaps you would be too, if you took to the stage.

[Then he laughs outright. Primrose is tellin' a real good joke there.]
People'd notice, at least, right before they started laughin'. I think I'll leave the performances to people who've got the skill.
